1Introduction
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each registered user and BK96. They apply to the BK96 website, account services, casino content, sports betting markets, esports products, promotions, payment facilities, and associated support functions.
References to BK96 include the platform operator and authorised service providers acting on its behalf. Using BK96 after these Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable promotional or game-specific rules.

2Definitions
For these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings stated below:
- “Account” means the personal BK96 profile created by an eligible registered user.
- “Bet” or “Wager” means any stake placed on a casino game, sports market, esports event, virtual event, or other BK96 product.
- “Bonus” means promotional credit, cashback, free play, loyalty value, or another benefit issued subject to specified conditions.
- “KYC” means identity, age, address, source-of-funds, and payment ownership checks conducted to meet security and compliance requirements.
- “Player” or “User” means an eligible individual who accesses or maintains a BK96 account.

3Account Eligibility

Activity completed through valid BK96 credentials may be treated as authorised until BK96 receives and processes a security notification. Players should use a unique password, avoid shared devices where possible, log out after each session, and never disclose verification codes to another person.
5Deposits and Payment Methods
BK96 may support MYR deposits through methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Available methods, limits, processing times, and service availability may change without notice due to banking or provider requirements.
A deposit must be made from a payment account or instrument that the BK96 player is legally entitled to use. Third-party deposits may be rejected, returned, or held for verification. BK96 may request evidence of payment ownership, transaction records, or source of funds before allowing further activity.

6Withdrawals and Verification
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, available balance, bonus restrictions, fraud screening, and payment provider requirements. BK96 may require a player to complete KYC before processing a first withdrawal or where risk indicators justify an additional review.
Where reasonably possible, BK96 may return funds through the same method used for deposit. If that method cannot receive withdrawals, BK96 may request another verified account held in the player's name. Any stated withdrawal speed is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion time.
BK96 may delay, divide, reject, or reverse a withdrawal where information is missing, payment ownership is uncertain, turnover requirements have not been satisfied, or activity indicates fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or another breach of these Terms. BK96 will seek to communicate material verification requirements through the registered account or support channel.
7Casino Games and Sports Betting
A wager becomes valid when it is accepted and recorded by the BK96 system. A bet shown as pending is not necessarily accepted. Players must review the stake, market, selection, odds, and potential return before confirming any BK96 transaction.
Casino outcomes are governed by the applicable game rules and system records. Sports betting markets—including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, badminton, basketball, and esports—are settled using the official result recognised under the relevant BK96 market rules. Subsequent disqualifications or result amendments may not affect settlement unless the applicable rules state otherwise.
BK96 may void or correct a wager affected by an obvious pricing error, incorrect participant, impossible market, technical fault, duplicate acceptance, or event integrity concern. Where a live stream or scoreboard is available, it is supplied for convenience and may be delayed. The official BK96 betting record governs settlement.
Players must not assume that past casino outcomes, football form, or betting patterns guarantee future returns. Every wager involves risk, and BK96 does not promise winnings or a particular level of profit.
8Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Rewards
BK96 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, birthday rewards, referral benefits, free play, or loyalty promotions. Each offer is governed by its published conditions, including eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, game contribution, maximum stake, withdrawal cap, and expiry period.

- engaging in money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, or unlawful financial activity;
- using bots, scripts, automated tools, scraping systems, or unauthorised software;
- colluding with other players or coordinating wagers to manipulate a market or promotion;
- exploiting technical faults, delayed information, incorrect odds, or game errors;
- threatening, abusing, or impersonating BK96 staff, providers, or other players; and
- attempting to bypass account limits, self-exclusion, geolocation controls, or security reviews.
BK96 may investigate suspected misconduct and may request documents or explanations. During a review, BK96 may restrict deposits, betting, bonuses, transfers, or withdrawals where reasonably necessary to protect players and the platform.
10Responsible Gambling
BK96 is available only to players aged 21 and above. Gambling should remain entertainment and must not be treated as employment, investment, or a reliable way to pay household expenses. Players are responsible for setting affordable limits and monitoring the time and money spent on BK96.
BK96 may provide deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, account restrictions, and self-exclusion. A self-excluded user must not attempt to reopen an account, create a replacement account, or access BK96 through another person's credentials. Any attempt to bypass a restriction is a breach of these Terms.

11Account Suspension and Closure
A player may request account closure through BK96 support, subject to the settlement of outstanding wagers and completion of necessary verification. Closing an account does not remove obligations arising before closure.
BK96 may suspend, limit, or close an account where the player breaches these Terms, fails verification, provides misleading information, presents a security risk, misuses bonuses, or engages in suspected unlawful conduct. BK96 may also restrict services where required by an international licensing obligation, payment provider, game provider, or competent authority.
Where legally and operationally permitted, valid remaining funds will be returned after deductions for reversed payments, chargebacks, invalid winnings, fees properly due, or losses resulting from a proven breach. BK96 may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy.
12Platform Availability and Limitation of Liability
BK96 seeks to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet failures, mobile network interruptions, game provider outages, banking downtime, or events beyond reasonable control may affect access and processing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BK96 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from unavailable services, delayed live data, device failure, third-party payment delays, or a player's failure to protect account credentials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a technical error affects a BK96 game or wager, system and provider records will be reviewed. BK96 may correct account entries, void affected wagers, or restore the player to the position that reasonably would have applied without the error.
13Applicable Law and Local Responsibility
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the law and international licensing framework applicable to the BK96 operator. This does not override mandatory rights that may apply to an individual user.
Malaysian users remain responsible for understanding local legal restrictions concerning online gambling. 14Changes to These Terms
